August 18, 2025

Added abiility for COG members to create COG Agenda.
Fixed bug that prevented HPC Justification from being displayed to the sponsor.
Added weekly cron job to track sponsors.
Made security plan numbers into links to iFacts for admins.
Code request can now only be seen and approved by the LPOC of the code.
Added an About page.

The Licensed Code list can now be modified by admins.
Fixed bug that was preventing some fields from being validated on the code justification page.
Modified what documents are attached to sponsor email after sponsor approval.
Fixed bug that prevented the LPOC from denying a code request.
